Nick Colegrave is the Chair in Experimental Evolution at the University of Edinburgh. He is an evolutionary biologists with a long standing interest in how we can improve the teaching of experimental design to biologists. He has many years of experience in teaching experimental design and statistics to undergraduate students and has co-authored of an introductory text on experimental design for the life sciences. He regularly gives talks on how improvements in basic experimental design can improve the science that we do.
